I'm back with some more. Here's a full preview of the pre-production of an old school project. Inspiration was obviously Metal Gear Solid !
From character design to storyboard and a little sculpting. Do enjoy !

01 - Character File. Some rôle-play friendly way to introduce the main character, granted the whole layout is quite cliché.
02 - Posing and studies. Well I guess the references are quite obvious there !
03 - Posing chapter 2. There I tried to define critical poses before animating.
04 - Knife aka main prop of the project. Designing it was quite fascinating.
05 - Environment concept. Roughly sketched just to have a vague idea of how much I'd have to model in 3D.
06 - One of the many pages of story board !
07 - Full 360° view of the main character.
08 - Front view of Jack, the main guy. Modelled in clay in a couple days.
09 - Side view of Jack's bust.
10 - Same guy, digital sculpt this time. Made in Zbrush.
